Subject: TRIP TO BARBADOS
Hi Bryan,
I was cleaning my office at home and found your card. Then I remembered I said I would send you some pictures of our Barbados trip.
My Dad, my son and I traveled to Barbados in April of this year. My Dad drove his scooter to the door of the airplane. When we arrived in Barbados the scooter was at the bottom of the stairs. They would have lifted it up to the plane, but my Dad insisted he could walk down the stairs. We rented a car at the airport. We managed to get the scooter and all our luggage into a Toyota Corolla!
Every day we drove in the car, the scooter fit nicely into the trunk of the Corolla, we had room for a boogie board, towels and a swim lounge.
We spent many a day at the Barbados Yacht Club, Dad could drive the scooter up to the edge of the sand and park himself in a chair and sip rum punch. We had quite a few people ask us where we got the scooter and one fellow even took it for a spin. He loved it. Most said they wanted one too.
I can't remember ever running out of power, even days when we explored museums, attractions and went out for dinner.
I have attached a few pictures of us with the scooter, sorry I did not have any pics of it in the trunk. I guess after getting so much into the car at the airport, we just didn't think it was a big deal to get the scooter into the trunk. I can tell you that that was the only way my Dad was able to go on this trip.
Thanks again for selling him such a great product, it means so much to seniors who have mobility issues.
Kindest Regards,
Eric Stevens
