We have a ground floor apt. that is close to swimming pools and laundry and BBQ's, which are part of the lifestyle here at Shadowtree Apts. (gated) 

Often, my ET is parked outside my apt. door, and we are so centrally located that I can go shopping without taking our van.  There is a large mall nearby ... a library within "scooting" distance, so I can go places by myself. 

And if that's not enough,  a rainy day is unusual.  Now don't you wish that you could spend your winter in AZ???
