Terms and Conditions
of Sale
 

1. The Sales Returns Policy is only
applicable to Sales that that are
not classified as "Final Sales" as
described in Item 7 below.

2. Contact ActiveLite Mobility Systems Inc.
(ActiveLite) for a Return Authorization
Number (RA#). The RA# must accompany the
merchandise returned.

3. Merchandise may be returned, in new, unused
condition, in original packaging, freight
prepaid, within 7 days of date of purchase.

4. All merchandise returned is subject to
inspection by ActiveLite:

(a) Manufacturer's defects will be
repaired or replaced at the
sole discretion of ActiveLite.

(b) Returns not due to a manufacturer's
defect are subject to a 25%
restocking charge.

(c) Merchandise returned damaged or in a
condition unsuitable for resale may
not be accepted or may be subject to
a higher restocking charge at the
sole discretion of ActiveLite.

5. Freight charges incurred by ActiveLite are
not subject to credit.

6. ActiveLite does not assume responsibility
for loss or damage in transit. Any such
loss or damage should be reported to and
claimed from the carrier.

7. Sales of items such as Used,
Demonstration, Clearance or Showroom
Models or Special Orders or Trade-ins
or Government Funding (such as ADP)
are all classified as "Final Sales".
